The tempo will be a normal speed lift with a full :03 descent to the ground on every rep. Touch and Go, no bouncing. Remember to have a FULL STRONG GRIP on the barbell, as we get tired we tend to let the bar end up in our fingers instead of our palms, causing us to feel disconnected.
