Why People Love us

  • Love it there! Very welcoming and friendly. Whether you are an expert or know nothing about CrossFit this is the place to go!!! Coaches are very patient and knowledgeable, they will take the time to get you where you need to be.

    (Olivia Garcia, )

  • I finally decided to take the leap and give CrossFit a try and I couldn't be happier. I owe it all the the people at CrossFit Argonaut. Everyone is so encouraging and has become like family. Definitely the best decision I've made in a long time!

    (Keri Weddington Evans , )

  • This box is home away from home. My get away and release. The people and atmosphere are stellar and second to none. No matter your experience or ability, everyone (instructors/students) is treated the same with respect and like family. You are challenged to your limits and pushed beyond them. My only regret is not starting this journey 10 years ago.

    (Chad Evans , )

  • Crossfit Argonaut is an outstanding box. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The coaches want nothing more then to see you grow and become a better version of yourself. The environment, the coaches, athletes and workouts will make you come back again and again. CrossFit Argonaut is my home!

    (Brenda Salinas, )

  • I was torn between joining this box and a typical gym with free childcare. After having two kids, I hadn't worked out consistently for 5 years and needed to do something for me. I have gained confidence, strength, but most of all I have gained new friendships and a second family. There is no judgment here. The coaches meet you where you are no matter your fitness level and motivate you to push yourself past what you're capable of.

    (Stephanie Middleton , )

  • They said it would be fun? It's so much more! A personal journey for your body and mind. Wonderful coaches that really care and meet you where you are and then push a little harder. I feel like I have another family in my new friends I've met and many co-workers getting together after a long day at work and relieving stress. FUN they said? It is true and it's so much fun and more!

    (Kim Eoff , )

  • This is an amazing BOX! All of the coaches are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and most of all very supportive of where you are in your fitness journey and how to help get you to where you want to be. Best team-EVA!

    (Alisa Fox , )

Group workouts are proven more effective because...
Group exercise motivates you to push a little harder, and performance hormones kick into high gear in group settings.
Nutrition is key to your success
You can’t out-train a bad diet. Food is fuel, so the cleaner it is the smoother the engine runs. A smooth engine runs faster, longer, stronger. Who doesn’t want that?
Strength heals
In studies, science has found that if you stimulate growth you stimulate healing. Building muscle is creating growth of the cells, which actually stimulates injured and worn down tissues to heal themselves. This is how CrossFit rehabilitates injuries. That’s right, CrossFit doesn’t hurt people, it actually heals people. And we have the proof. (The sport itself doesn’t cause injuries, bad decisions do!)
Mobility is Medicine
Staying mobile and flexible in your joints and muscles is the single most effective way to prevent injury and preserve functionality throughout your life-span.
Consistency is critical
This is training for life, not a quick-fix. Consistent, dedicated training will lead to noticeable, sustainable results that stick with you long term. Guaranteed.
Any sport of physical activity has some inherent risk. We take safety seriously. For all of us, youth sports meant sprained ankles, bumps and bruises, did we let that stop us from being part of something bigger? Heck no. We joined the team. We went all in. And we really LIVED. Should we leave that feeling behind  just because we’re older? No. Join the TEAM and start living again.
