Banded Hamstring curls
Lie face down on a bench with a band secured to a rack, or have a partner hold the band at tension. Set up at a distance that creates tension when the band is around your ankles and curled toward your butt. Goal is 300 leg curls. Get as many as possible before you cramp up… Have fun! And stretch those hamstrings when you’re done. Seriously.
