We will be learning about the benefits and biomechanics involved with odd object training as part of our teaching points during the workout tomorrow. Odd object training has many health and strength development characteristics, but in addition to the science, it’s downright fun, and and the perfect way to get in tough with our raw nature, and de-stress completely!
