2 minutes single unders

2 minutes walking planks

Workout

With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift, men add 10 lbs, and the ladies add 5 lbs.

Start with a empty barbell and snatch going up in weight for as long as possible.

When snatches are maxed, power clean for as long as possible. Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible. Share bars, plenty of time to complete the lifts.
