Yoga on Sunday!

Our Yoga for the RAD Project classes are a big hit!

So come on out to Yoga on Sunday at 3! Our yoga teachers are generously donating their time to help raise money for the RAD Project so please remember the classes are donation based. Bring a couple dollars or some spare change, a towel, and mat if you have one! Come get your mobility work in, some recovery for those aching joints, and be ready to launch into your week with renewed energy! Bring a friend! These classes are open to the community.

If you’re doing all the right things, proper nutrition, and consistent workouts, but wonder what might be missing, it’s yoga. Yep, definitely Yoga! Try it! Will accelerate your gains and protect you from injury. It’s really popular with our guys too, so don’t worry about that XY chromosome you’ll be in good company.
