3 Rounds for time of:

5 Ring Muscle-ups (scale is 10 pull-ups + 10 ring dips)
10 Squat Cleans 135/95
20 box jumps 24″/20″

Optional Conditioning after
2 rounds
800 meter run (wear vest if you have one)
50 abmat sit-ups
