Deep squat
Runners lunge sequence
Straddle stretches standing (reach forward, up, reach behind heels, up)
Straddle stretches ground. Reach middle hold 15seconds. Reach for one toe, hold, other side, hold, then back to middle trying to get elbows, chest to floor.
Single leg lifts laying on ground
Pike position stretch (reach toes chest to knees. Then reach for heels, chest high)
Butterfly position stretch

Rest of warmup will be movement review/technique practice.

Team – Follow the Leader – Teams of 2.

Partner one completes the first movement before the 2nd teammate begins that one. Then follow as they go down the list.
