50 burpee toes to bar (one work one rest)
200 foot kettlebell or dumbbell farmers carry (together after each set, 4 laps across gym each)
100 wallballs (one work one rest)
100 meter farmers carry (together, 4 laps each)
50 clean and jerks 135/95 (one work one rest)
100 meter farmers carry (together)
150 sit-ups (one work one rest)
100 meter farmers carry (together)
200 double unders (one work one rest)
