Kipping Handstand Pushup progressions
2 x 45 sec Handstand hold on wall
3 x 30 sec Handstand hold on wall
4 x 5 Strict Handstand pushup – descend as far as you can (even if it’s an inch), then press out)
4 x 5 Kick into handstand, descend to head on floor, allow the legs to follow into the kip position, hold 3 secs in this headstand(frog) position
