Great news we will be starting our competitors class this Sunday after the WOD! This will be a great time to get in some extra training to prep for the open, work on weaknesses, strategies and skills for competitions, etc. After the Open concludes in March, we will add a Thursday night slot for emphasis on advanced training, so be looking forward to that!
