Strength

Squats
– Try and reach a heavy 8 rep in 5-6 working sets(not including warmup)
– Work up to a 8 rep max. Take a minute or so and then go into the 2 drop sets
Set 1 @ 10-15% less than the 8 RM just found
Set 2 @ 15-20% less than the 8 RM
Example: 100# 8 rep max, Drop set 1 = 85-90#, then Drop set 2 = 80-85%
