Single Dumbbell Power Cleans
Hops over the Dumbbell
Single Arm Push Presses
Burpees
Rest
*BTWB will ask for rep counts for each movement each rd.
**On single arm work, alternate hands every 5 reps.

Without Equipment

Backpack Thrusters
Backpack Cleans
Hops over Backpack
Backpack Reverse Lunges
Burpees
Rest
*Backpack or any other odd object you find to keep moving for a good WOD
