Box Announcement

Please Read Carefully

Today there were updated guidelines from the CDC and the Whitehouse on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as I am sure you are all aware with the attention that it has gotten. Social gatherings of 10 or more or unnecessary social interactions altogether are listed as ways to help fight, so it is with a heavy heart that I have to say that we will be closing until March 30. I have been toiling over this decision all day, so please don’t think that I have taken it lightly. It is my responsibility to take care of you guys and I am doing so by following the recommendations of experts to help keep our Crossfit community safe and thriving.

In the absence of regular wods at the box, I will be posting WOD’s that you can do at home in your garage or living room. If anyone is interested, I will loan out some equipment on a first come first serve basis, such as wallballs, kettlebells, jump ropes and dumbbells. I will make a list and have you sign-out what you have borrowed with the stipulation that you turn it back in when the box re-opens in a couple weeks. Please text me to make arrangements to pick up equipment tomorrow or Wednesday.

With daily WOD’s I will still continue to post the WOD in Beyond the Whiteboard so that you guys can still log your scores there and compete (talk trash, lol) with one another. Let’s come together in these unprecedented times that we are currently in and become stronger and grow closer as a community!

I know that there will be many emotions and questions that will come from the closing, so please reach out to me with any and all concerns and I will address them with you on an individual basis. I appreciate your understanding of the matter at hand!
