Non-OPEN athletes:
15 Minutes to work on ground to overhead(G2OH) skill work. Pick either snatch or clean and jerk. Work on technique.

15 min AMRAP:
15 KB swings 53/35#
10 Box Jump Overs 24/20in
5 Burpees
*Use the same 15 min clock as OPEN athletes.
