1. 40 dragon flags (hold on a door frame or a squat rack)
2. 60 Bicycle Crunches
3. 80 Russian Oblique Twists (Use medicine ball if available. If not, just touch the floor on both sides of your hips while keeping your legs elevated off the floor.
